These grinders are designed with your basic needs met. First the base is a glass orb like sphere with a stainless steel top and adjustable all ceramic rotor. This ceramic rotor is a lined non-corrosive type rotor that is made to not absorb flavors or corrode at any point.

With the modern and elegant design there is nothing cluttering distracting about the design. No logos, or branding covering the product now. With that being said if you have small children then you will have to talk to them about what the colors inside might mean and if they are even younger then that that they are not to use if not with an adult.

Setting the grind and opening it to refill or clean is simple there is a difference of just how far down you are going to grip and To adjust the grind you are going to grip closer to the top. While to open to refill or clean you want to grip further down towards the neck base of the grinder.

I do love these personally. I much rather have a fresh grind of seasonings then the overly dried or iodine salt that most homes have. Also I enjoy that there is a clear orb at the bottom making it much easier to see what is in which grinder. Not to mention the shape for grinding is perfect causing no catches in the hand but gliding nicely due to the sphere shape.
