Much like anyone who goes to the site or their page on Amazon you will soon get lured in by the promise of losing 10lbs in 2 weeks. That is if you stay on a low calorie and add in some exercise. I do not believe that you can just take this and eat whatever, whenever. It is going to take some work on your part to get it kick started and off. But I do believe that this is a effective appetite suppressant.

Made of natural ingredients that aid in appetite suppression allows you to keep your head and thoughts on other more important things. After a few doses I notice it a bit more that I was not rushing to take my lunch or get a snack in the middle of the day I was pushing it further and sometimes all the way to dinner time. Someone my size I do not believe you are going to magically lose the weight by this alone. Sorry I wish it did as well but if you are close to your ideal weight and need that extra push this would be a great way to getting that.
