I wish I had a dozen or so of these stands. They are great for rising a device a few inches or so above a base allowing for something to fit under or items to be stored below. Devices perfect for this stand are medium to small flat screen TVs, Fax Machines, Printers, Video Games. XBoxes, Playstations, Wii Consols, and more.
Placing your device at the right height can put your neck and back at the right angles and allow for your eyes to be less strained. Giving you a better posture and increase in work since you are not in pain or struggling to see and do things.
The step up is a breeze there is the main base and 8 different pieces for the height of legs. 4 each of short and long. Then the last piece is 4 rubber ends so there are not any marks made from the stand itself. However, depending on how tall you would like it is the amount you connect by slipping them on in the proper areas. Once all of that is chosen you are able to place 40lbs or lower on to this stand.
I believe this best for any home or in room office or dorm because it allows for storage area to be open where things would normally not allow. Or it would be blocked for those that would sit larger devices such as those listed above. One thing is for sure there can never be too much empty space.
