If you love metallic and purples you certainly will enjoy this color. It goes on with a single coat. However, you may want to start with the outside edges and then paint the middle to give it a more smooth  look.

Certainly not use to having the metallic shine that is given by this color (which nothing is wrong with that) it all really depends on what you are use to. However, because of the shine that is already basically built in, using a creme or solid for accents or design (if wanted) could look nice. Where more glitter may look like a bit to much.

This particular color seemed to dry rather fast and smooth if you follow the directions above. Which is nice if you are putting a design on or have to do a touch up before a busy day.

(My thumb nail with a clear base coat and 2 layers of Metallic Purple no top coat)

I would like to try out more KleanColors' in order to determine whether or not the drying time is dependent on the different types and finishes in this brand line. However, for the price it is well worth giving them a try whether it is as a single or in the collection.
