Grooming your pet no matter the length of hair is a must. Not only does it make them look beautiful and well taken care of but it also helps maintain their body temperature by eliminating extra hair that can linger and get matted and gross on there hair and fur. This brush is a great one to have in your back pocket (so to speak) to get the job done.

This brush is not made of plastic and does not just want to fall apart. It is made of a thick wood as a handle and metal bristles. Which make for great de-tangling and a nice scratching action that my puppy just loved! It is made for both dogs and cats and I have both but my kitty ran whenever I tried to get it out and use it on her.

The size of the brush is also nice it is not some small flimsy brush that your pet is doing to destroy in one or two bites or knocks on to the floor. The most my puppy has tried to do is run away with it to chew on it but as long as I keep an eye on her and the brush nothing happens. Except her sad eyes wanting me to brush her more. This brush also comes with a free electronic book (ebook) on grooming tips for your pets. So for $10 dollars that is a great deal.

I would recommend this to anyone with a pet and if you are a new pet owner especially. Because I just got my puppy a few months back and I thought like guys with short hair that I did not have to brush them if their coat was as short as my puppies is and boy was I wrong. So learning something new is great and new pet owners do not always know.

The first impression this brush gives off is pure beautiful with printed screen on pink and white roses on top of a white poka-dot background already adorning this Tiffany and Company like blueish green hard plastic outer casing. The brush area is made of a soft and flexible air cushioned natural rubber pad and ball ended nylon pins making for a gentle and effective pass through all hair types from thick to thin and adult to child. Plus, with the way the bristles are finished it allows them to stimulate and massage your scalp making brushing your hair no longer a boring task but a stress reducing task. Being made from these materials as well helps to keep your hair static free.

Bella and Bear has a winner on there hands here I feel. I really love the colors and the way that the brush is designed. But I did fear I would break it with how thick my hair is most the time, however it did not it went through just as easy as my Goody brush (similar to this brush) does. I did have a problem with my bristles the very bottom middle ones were a little bent on the last row, but it does not hurt be or disrupt my brushing. I love the shape of the handle it feel great in my hand, it does not feel like it is going to break right off and it does not feel like I might drop it.

I do feel that it is a bit over priced for being made out of plastic. When I know I can get a Goody branded brush much like this for less. However, this is still a large durable brush andBella and Bear plus, you can see all of there other wonderful products.
