This is a 40 challenge escape puzzle. In each puzzle your are suppose to disentangle the secured Houdini (secured with ropes, locks, and rings that are included) without undoing the clasps. There are 3 different levels from Beginner to, Intermediate, and Advanced. Plus, there is a neat travel bag that is included and can fit everything in for on the go fun or easy clean up.

Now this game can get hard with various add ons. However, to play it purely for the game it is much easier to have someone who is the set up and someone who is untangling the chaos. Only because once you put it together it is kind of simple to untangle him though you could time yourself.

I had my niece who is almost 7 test it out with me and I have to say. She was able to do almost every single one with a reminder here and there that she could not unhook the clasps. It does say use what you learned from the previous to work on the next one and so on. However, we jumped from a beginner to advance and all over the cards/choices. But she had a blast and for the longest always wanted to play until she was done with all the cards that it came with.

I believe with adults even for a party game timing it would be a fun thing to see. Or get two of them and see who can get it done the fastest. But I know that there are many steps and things that can be added to make it a bit harder once you get the basics down.

In PathWords you get 80 puzzles with 8 puzzle pieces. Then the only other thing you need is your brain. I tried to play the first couple of puzzles and it took me a minute. It is no simple task because there are more then just the words that they want in a puzzle and you basically not only have to find the right words but you have to fit the pieces of puzzle within the shape of the letters. No lie I like the game it is one to give you a test of your knowledge not just a simple game that your done in seconds. Unless your a very high IQ. Even then I feel this game would give you a run for your money. It certainly helps me think outside the box and I plan to use it for my niece when she is a little more understanding about what to do to get her to see things a bit different and help with words and spelling. Below will be a picture of how to play. 

I would recommend this to people who love the word search and find it extremely easy. Who may even want more of a challenge then normal. Or even if you are home alone and would like something to play that is not online or virtual.
