Another item that I have been able to check out from MeasuPro is this Digital thermometer that is not only a instant read with a wide measuring range of -58 degrees Fahrenheit to 572 degrees Fahrenheit. It is also waterproof and can be cleaned in the dishwasher. With not only fast reads and high precision and accuracy the built-in calibration will ensure that you have the most reliable readings at all times.

I love to use this on smaller or multiple pieces. That I am cooking, or baking. With the simple click of the buttons you can have the device set and ready to use in no time. Not to mention with the larger LCD you know the temperature of the food in a blink of the eye. Which I love because all day reading the computer screen can get my eyes super tired by the time I am cooking dinner and when I usually need the thermometer to use.

Once again this is a great device to get for the cook in the family or the BBQer. Even a new home gift for the student to couple getting married. I say that because who like dried chicken or over cooked anything. Knowing the internal temperature is the simple to check and makes for a better meal or treat in the end.

MeasuPro knows what they are doing when it comes to cooking thermometers. With this Instant Read Programmable Digital Cooking Thermometer with Stainless Steel Probe is powered by using 1 AAA battery and measuring temperatures ranging from 32 degrees Fahrenheit to a very high heat of 392 degree Fahrenheit. MeasuPro has programmed this thermometer with a list of meat cooking time and temp according to the USDA recommendations.

Designed with a magnetic back and LCD display. This electronic thermometer will beep when food hits the set temp. The Temperatures are programmed with pre-set temps. Also has 4 options of meat doneness. Also featuring a long 36 inch oven-safe probe. Readings are ultra-fast and accurate. Making for the tender and juicy pieces of meat that you have had at home.

With ovens sometimes changing as we use them things can get overdone or underdone in matter of minutes. So being able to check the inner temp can help make sure that
everything is cooked and healthy for you and your family. Honestly, who wants anyone they love sick from underdone meat?

I would certainly recommend this for someone who is not sure about the temp that a certain meat should be. I would also suggest giving it to a person that may want to become a chef or baker. Allowing them to get the temp just right makes for perfect dinners and desserts as much as possible. Plus, I have seen Alton Brown from Good Eats on the Food Channel use one of these more then once while preparing his dishes. If it is good for him it sure is good for me as well.
