The first thing that I would like to cover is yes Dr. Siobhan has designed this for the older adult in mind. But that does not stop anyone from getting a benefit from this workout/fitness DVD. Especially for those who are beginners and have some weight to your body. She takes you through different work out that can help you become more active and therefore more health.

I really feared becoming less independent because of the problem with my back. Out of no where it would decide to act up and I would end up in bed a good amount of time. Now that I have gotten this DVD I can work a little at my own pace and built up a stronger body especially back. Not to mention I also can do this in my own room or house at times that I feel more freely to do it.

I also enjoy that the work outs are low impact so I know I won't have to be jumping or twisting to much that could cause more problems. I can even perform most of the work outs with either things I find around the house or nothing is needed. Which means I am not having to spend thousands of dollars on something or getting a gym membership.

Also included is free access to the Facebook page group where those who are using JumpStart 180 can come together and share or get what they made need whether it is motivation or challenges or just to share progress. Not forgetting the 30 Days 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.

I have to admit I was pulled in early in to this book and therefore the series. The way it is written makes a perfect picture and image in your head. From the simplest hues to the more daring and darkening colors of those of not this world. But it does not end there with the relationships between his character they are relatable and sometimes all to familiar. Full of suspense and wonder you start turning pages faster and faster and then you get deeper and deeper not believing how vivid and intense you are in to the story... then you hit that last page.

Stranger Magic Review -
I feel that although it is captivating and tantalizing for a first book I feel it is certainly a get the base down for the next step (at least most of it). It sets a good ground for the break out of the characters and future story. It is certainly easy and therefore a fast read of only 13 chapters that just leave this need and want to read more and see what the next page has to bring.

Revenge of the Viper Review -
If you thought that the first book was a 10 then this one is 15. Why would I say 15 because take all the greatness of Stranger Magic and then turn it on its' head. While things build and become more clear as you read on it leaves a some was shocked and stunned state to your being. Making it another page turner, and boy do the secrets and past come out to play.

Certainly would recommend these books to anyone who is enticed by magic and the unknown. Who also loved the Harry Potter books or any of the SyFy genre (not saying it is or is not like Harry Potter). Who likes to be transported to a world unlike this one and everything paranormal you will not be disappointed.

First I love have to say Btipsy products have not disappointed me in any way. I love that not only did the Cocktail Muddler have weight behind
it but so does this Jumbo Lemon Squeezer. Which makes me think right their that it is made to do some work and not only should I be able to do it but my niece or even my mother. Plus the
directions are simple that you cannot go wrong with getting every little bit of juice out of the most stubborn of citruses. YES, not only do your typical lemon and limes fit but Lime Key, Mandarins, Tangelos, small Blood Oranges and Tangerines along with a few others. So would I recommend this, YES I would especially to those with maybe not the most upper arm strength. But to everyone who loves a little fresh citrus to make that meal and more flavorful. OH and do not forget before cutting your citrus roll them on your counter to help get the juices following and break down some of the membranes to make it another step easier.

Now I know that this review is set up a bit different and it is because I am also wanting to put more important information with this for the giveaway. Which will be towards the end of this post. So when I recieved this product I was happy to feel some weight behind it. There are some muddlers out there that I just pick up and it is like a hollow stick. But Btipsy has a great product here I had no problems handling it. It did not slip away from my hand with applying pressure to the end or anything that as a novice muddler would fear. The impact that this muddler has is amazing, it crushes and mashes citrus, fruits and herbs for various drinks. But I happen to had it on my counter and a 6 year old playing with it now I have little dips and dents in my wooden areas. So it has some power behind that SMASH! The price is not bad either, and it is certainly a tool that you should have especially if you are wanting to learn to make drinks or if you entertain a lot and make your own. I would certainly recommend this product I believe it is just a great tool to have on hand in the kitchen or at the drink bar. Because once you get it and start using it, there are some many other things that you are going to want to try and muddle just for fun.
