Love this tool. I do wish that it came with a un-cutable glove instead of the finger guard. Because I feel much like myself that others give up on the guard and just use there hand and more times then none getting harmed. That is the only thing I would have liked to change. Other then that I love using this and making wavy or waffle looking vegetables and more. Being able to use something like this allows for me to keep everything the same thickness and there for all cooking is the same not to mention the bites taken are therefore even and the same as well. Oh and the simple cleaning is amazing a quick wipe here and there or tossing in the dishwasher is just what is needed with a product like this. I mean your already taking the time to make something special using this device. Why? waste time with having to clean it for another lengthy time as well.
Changing blades are quick and simple. Sliding one out for another to slide and click in whichever you need. No matter if you are needing a waffle cut or a straight thin cut. A mixture if you wan to spend the time switching in between it all. Try them all from veggies to fruits, maybe even some hard cheeses and deli meats. Your mind is open to what can happen.
