This press makes patties from 1/4 inch to 5/8 inch for either regular or stuffed hamburger. Yes! I said stuffed hamburgers. Whether you use beef, chicken, turkey. or pork this press is a simple and easy way to make perfect patties. This burger maker features a lifter that allows you to lift the patty out of the press without mis-shaping or touching it more then needed.

Made of light weight thick, durable BPA free plastic it is easy to clean. With the ergonomic handle operating this burger shaper it is so easy a child (with supervision) could use or form that patties for or with you. Included with this device is a 10 recipe gourmet cookbook, allowing you to get more creative with your patties.

This is perfect for those that may buy in bulk and want to portion out burgers or just single servings of a meat. Because you can shape/press them and then you can freeze them for whatever your reason maybe. I would however not stuff them, if you choose to, until the day of cooking because of cross contamination.
