When I first opened my box I was super psyched about this brush, because I hate when my hair is dripping wet while I brush it and all the extra water drips all over my shirt or clothing that I happen to be wearing especially when I need to leave the house with in minutes.
I do have to say that it took me a few times to get use to the brush. As I was a custom to the oval padded brushes. Not to mention with it being a new brush its stiff and needs to be broken in just like any other new product or object that is bought.
Using this with my niece was good and bad. Once it is broken in it is fine to use and wonderful especially with those children that like to run around in the house naked after bath time. However, with long hair I would make sure to use conditioner or dangler especially with thick or hair that is easy to get knots and tangled worse then tree roots.
Now please do not think that you have go from dripping wet to perfectly dry. I would say if you do not dry your hair with a towel or with a blow drier and just brush your hair then it leaves your hair very much like you had dried your hair with a towel. If you have dried your hair with a towel already then it does help to slightly take out more water but still it leaves your hair much like it was wrapped up in a towel for a while left to dry (which most women or people with long hair do).Disclose that I received this product complimentary to test through Influenster’s VoxBox program.
