I want to make this clear the application is Free to download as well as certain plug-ins or programs are as well. As you get more advance or even for specialized (ei: Prenatal Yoga) then they would like you to purchase a Pro Access. However, I feel with what they have listed in the free area you could get a great work out and listen to calming music with out all the added features. Not saying the added Pro Access is not a great to have if you

are a yoga fanatic then go right a head you will benefit from it. If your someone who goes back and forth on the yoga mat stick with the free features. They will get you far enough in to a yoga routine that it might not matter whether you are paying for it or getting it for free. Now this is where I have to get a bit more real. This takes a bit of memory or space. First you have to download the app

itself. Then you have to download the program you want as well. Which each program is zoned in on a certain area to work on whether it be your back, abs or to tone your core, so having to download each program can get a bit much. The way I see it is bit a couple to work on for a week or how ever long, then delete them and download the other and switch on and off like that. Yes, it will take a little more time but it will be worth your phone or tablet running right and smooth

with out all the clutter slowing it down.
