I would have to say first things first, I certainly would have to use these a bit more to give you a full run through on the right side of things. At this time these did not work for me as I would have liked to. I even allowed for a hour before bed for them to kick in. Now mind you I am one of those who has to have something on in the background to go to bed most nights. I even sleep with my TV on just turned down to a lower volume and on a channel that I do normally watch.

However, on this night I chose to be ready for bed did everything the bottle said and yes I felt a mellowness. But there was nothing that I expected to feel which would have been be falling

asleep and to wake up after a great rest. I actually took forever to sleep and then ended up taking a nap the day after. So please check out other reviews first. My system is pretty messed up and it takes a lot for me to actually sleep on a certain time.

Overall the pills had little to no taste to them and if any it was a bit of tartness from the Pomegranate that was inside of the capsule along with cherries. I wish that these had kicked my butt and worked wonders I would certainly love a more natural way to help sleep when there are problems that amount to un-sleepful nights.
