This hot sauce is hand crafted and made of locally sourced organic produce and other ingredients. The balance of flavors are going to be some of the best you have ever had.
My favorite food to add hot sauce to is the creamy cheese sauce of macaroni and cheese ( not the powdered brands it just does not mix or taste the same). For some reason it blends wonderfully in to the sauce and taste. But when I was testing this it was a nice awakening to what I was eating. I could taste the slight sweetness that starts in the beginning and then the spicy kicks in and slowly builds up more and more.
How I did not just eat it alone being that I have not had habeneros for a while and I would not start with a whole lot of this in the start. I would certainly build up to it if you are not use to something spicy and hot like this is. If you do not believe me just look up the levels of hotness the chilies and peppers are that I listed above. But if you can get use to the heat and learn to love it this is some delicious hot sauce, I cannot stop from adding it to different things that I make.
