This is a great DVD for someone starting to get back in shape. It starts with getting warmed up and learning the basics and why it is so important to warm them up and the right way. The woman in the video starts from head and work down to your toes standing up and then does floor work helping someone open up more and work on their ability to reach and extend parts of your body.
There are some videos that I watch and the person trying to get my attention on the screen always seems to be yelling or getting in overly excited about something that just is not needed. This woman is calm and low key she allows for the person following to not feel rushed or pushed to be at the same count or even the same stretch as she is.
I really like that if you have warmed up by yourself that you can jump to a different chapter and work on whatever area you feel is needed. Like I would be more focused on my middle section and back with some lower leg work outs. Others may be more upper body and arms. Which you can pick in the main screen area.
Plus what she does in the video does not need a bunch of special equipment. Pretty much if you have a scarf or something long and narrow that is about the size of a scarf you can use that in place of the strap that she uses.
