Really wanted to test this out on making my own lip balm because the ones that are out there seems to never have enough power in them to get that full pout. So I figured that and making random colors would be much cheaper if I did it my self plus, I would know what was going in to each container. I do not think I would go with another product now that I have tried this and it has turned out just as I would like.
There is a slight scent and taste due to it being just what it is. Which when I am making something for my niece or just testing a color is fine but I find that when I add the oils and such of mint and more that scent and flavor gets less powerful and over taken with the new notes.
With the size of the pellets you get a nice melt and even-ness. I like this because you are not melting more then you need to because of the size. You are also not burning other parts of the wax that have melted and waiting for other areas to get to the consistency that you need to flavor or mold. I so much prefer this pellets over the wax sheets that I use to get and use.
