Mesh strainers are great for so many reasons. It helps to strain items such as quinoa, pasta, rice, chia seeds, fruits and veggies. It can also help sift baking products like flour, baking powder and sugar. Yes there will be some powders or products are are to large to sift but that will not take much time to figure out with a few uses of this ultra fine mesh strainer.

Being made out of a stainless steel it A+ in my book making sure to not hold on to food products and parcels that could potentially cause rust and more. It also means that it can be cleaned super easy with either a toss in to the dish washer or by hand with a mild soap and rag. Not to mention the strong grip and heat resistant handle allows for the heaviest and hottest of ingredients to be used.
