I have to say it you have relatively large or thick, however you want to put it knees these may be a bit hard to keep up and in place due to rolling or just not sitting right. But if you have a more average size you should have no problem using this as a brace or to help things tight to help with pain. No this is not a replacement for broken bones or something more terrible to fix. They are quite soft and smooth nothing you want to grab and cuddle but enough that your skin is not going to hate you. The patterns and colors are OK nothing to special about them. It would be great to see some different patterns if not colors.
