Must admit I was a bit fearful when I talked to my doctor about getting one of these for my back and actually did not get it for years. Which I feel is understandable seeing as your sending vibes or allowing wave from an device that you could be first experience with something like this to enter in your body and not know what the results would end up being. Though I have never heard of a negative result or anything harmful coming from a device such as this.

However, with whatever your fear is you have about this device is really nothing to honestly fear. As long as you know not to start on the strongest of settings or even start using this with out talking to a doctor or someone you trust to have there with you. I say this only because it will allow you to relax more and also hopefully you know your medical background enough to know your surgeries and such (so nothing counter reacts).

After trying this out with the different pulses all of the low settings I could feel the current on most settings while on a couple I felt nothing. Yes, I am a larger girl but I was testing this on my arms. I did try this on someone with smaller arms and she felt them all on her. It does also depend on your tolerance. Now I got it for my back and yes it does feel better after using it much like a massage would feel. Just a bit deeper if I can get it at the right angle and placement.

I few last things I want to mention. Please make sure to read the direction especially if you are not use to something like this. The control box is light-weight and though I would like it to be a bit heavier, it is also nice to have it the way it is to be able to walk about and do things with out the added weight. Also, the box that it comes in is great for storage and keeping things in place and clean.
