I know the big thing that has been spreading for the last few years is Coconut Oil and all the goodness that goes with it. There are so many different uses and ways for it to help with health and more just research it online and your can find it helping anything from your hair to cooking with it. As for this bottle it can be used in most ways.

Some of things that I noticed about this product. The container is basic and simply to the point on what it is and I would have liked to see a more how to use it basically. I did have a problem getting some out if not any. Which once I got it moving and coming out I decided to switch from the container it came in to a travel bottle I had. Scent is just as would would think, but not as super strong.

I did notice that it feels smooth and slightly greasy on my skin especially dry skin (skin I have burned at an old job). But, when I am right out of the shower or bath it seems to soak in better and not feel as tacky as I would fear. The only thing that I cannot wait for is a chance to use it
