I am certainly one of those people who have or had no idea what this was or how it worked until I got it and was using it. With how simple it was to use and apply I honestly wondered why I had not tried to use before. I love that it had stretch and therefore gave me motion and a little more give when and where I needed it.

I love that it had stretch and therefore gave me motion and a little more give when and where I needed it.
With all the good there has or is a few bad sadly. Like the smell that is on the tape and then you have taped to yourself. Another I found was after applying and then heading to bed the tape ends seemed to rub or wear away becoming non-stick not to mention having to reapply or add more on to once I woke up for the day.
It did allow me to keep thoughts on how I was moving that area of my body. Which also allowed for the pain to disappear sooner rather then later. Meaning being bad to my normal self. And back to the routine I was needing to get use to more and more.
