I am always hearing how bad normal AP flour is for you so I had to give this a try. So far I have made some killer Cinnamon Banana Muffins/Bread. I had to say it could just be

me but I do not see much of a difference. Especially since I mixed in fruits and spices I cannot say there was a change in color or basic taste. But as I said above it was amazing Cinnamon Banana Bread. I honestly, cannot wait to try more recipes including cookies and cakes.
