This pedometer is not only super thing and could go in your pocket but comes with a belt clip, extra battery and detachable lanyard. With all of that in this little package could you believe it also has the memory of 7 days or up to 1 million steps, a built in clock and sports timer and auto sleep.

I doubt with all of what is already stated that you would need much more then that. But I

have to say this is great. I hate to be weighed down by much especially when I am working out. So the design of this pedometer is perfect. There is only one other thing that I have found besides what is listed to mention. The print or wording on the outter casing of this pedometer is super small and can be hard to read for those who need glasses or are having eye sight problems because of aging or genetics.

Otherwise I believe this product to be amazing and would certainly get more of them for those trying to make themselves better. Or those who would like to know how much there moving around during the day or night.
