So this device makes me feel like a kid in a toy store. Using infrared laser technology the MeasuPro will have you wanting to shoot the temp on everything. Whether it is standing still or moving, cold or so hot you think your going to melt. This easy to function temp gun will be your favorite kitchen tool. First you can pick either to have it read in Fahrenheit or Celsius. That then displays clearly on a good size LCD screen that you can turn on and off the back-light with a simple push of a button that indicates on the screen as well as if you are using the laser pointer or not using the laser pointer built in to it.
Easy to use is a understatement, once it is all set up, which is just attaching the 9V battery, the next thing would be either leave it alone because the automatic shut off function will turn it off in seven seconds. If you want to temp something all you have to do is hold it as you would any toy or real hand gun and pull the trigger and let go. Then it will state a temp on the LCD screen right on the back. It measures a range of -58 to 716 degrees F or -50 to 380 degree C. Not to mention made of a no-swat rubber oil finish making it easy to handle and does not get heated.
When I got this all set up I was like a little kid playing with it trying to get a read on anything from the animals to my mom and from the heating vents to the stove both hot and cold. Then to find out all the other features without even reading anything on it was amazing. I would caution the laser pointer if you have animals because no one wants there pet to jump in to the oven because it was chasing the laser, or worse they thought you were playing with it. I did find one item a bit complicated and that was the distance to spot ration. For this device it is 12 to 1, once your go over it and comprehend it whether from a friend or online (I asked my mom) then it is nothing to worry about.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
