I really love these sheets. They also really work I noticed when I was making my last batch of Mexican wedding cookies the ones that I use the parchment baking sheets for came out lighter on the bottom then those that I cooked right on top of the pan. Not only that but the parchment also helped me to mix and mash up the dough to get it to the right feel before forming balls and getting them on the pan.

Towards the end I though there was nothing more they could help me do and boy was I

wrong. The baking sheets were even able to help me coat them not once but twice in powder sugar. Which made less of a mess and a fast clean up as well. I honestly love them.

From the beginning to the end they were just the right item to have for everything that was going on. Right size for the pan, and to cover the areas that were needed to both form balls and cover in sugar. What more could I ask for.
