This blend in the pill is meant for that of a womens' chemistry. Not only is this made with the well known Garcinia Cambogia, Raspberry Ketones, and a few others that are proven to burn fat, suppress your appetite and block carbs. There is a added Rhodiola Rosea that is a trusted energy booster and stress reliever. Making it a more pleasant time while taking them and also all natural.

I do have to mention that right in the title it does state that you should contact a doctor and make sure that it is safe for you to take. Also if you have a problem taking larger pill capsules then you may want to find another way to ingest them if you still decide to take them. They are in capsules so I guess you could open then and add to water or something of the sort. But I am not saying that is what you should do nor do they say it is a way to take the directed dose.

After taking a dose of these I did not taste anything that lingered taste wise. I do take mine with juice instead of water because of my own personal pill thing. But it does state to take with water and to drink plenty through the day. I would say to try stick with drinking as much water as you can and get your body use to the supplement. I did feel a bit of warmth in my belly area so I did take or grab a

small packet of crackers to help with any acid that could be making me feel that way. But Other then that I did not feel that constant thought in my head to eat and most times I forgot to eat when I had been normally eating. Plus, I would have to say my mood was a bit more cheerful not as sad or blue.

I am just starting to take this supplement and so far it seems to be doing what it is suppose to be doing. I just hope that the acid feeling in my stomach will dissipate as my body gets use to them. Not to mention if I have a better attitude at the end of the day that really cannot be that bad.
