Skinny Blend was a good swap out for my breakfast. However, I do find it easier for my stomach to get use to it by adding in some fruits and veggies. The flavors they have also are basic to most brands. I however was glad to see banana and cookies 'n' cream which gave a nice around amount to choose from. I picked banana which, gave me a few different options in the smoothie blends. I did enjoy the kick of energy I got in the morning helping me wake up and get a move on. I do have to say I do not eat breakfast a lot of the time so I am not sure if the appetite suppressor was working or if I was just full from the smoothie.

Skinny Burn and Cleanse kind of worked my system similar. The burn must have helped along with the Blend to give me the energy I was needing in the morning. But the pill alone, I am
not a hundred percent on how it works. Seeing as the directions ask you to take it in the morning and I was using the Blend or Smoothie as a replacement for my morning intake. Now the Cleanse will clean you OUT! I did have some discomfort but I did some research and found that what I was feeling was not out of the normal and just a result of the Cleanse capsule.

I would recommend this to someone who is needing a power team and to kick start a weight loss. But I would suggest adding in your own meal plan and work out if needed or wanted. Since this can only do so much for anyone it is you who needs to put the work in to make it a life style.
