First off I have to admit that this is not my personal favorite ways who get coconut oil into my system. These capsules are much larger than I thought reminded me of the horse pill sized antibiotic that I get at the doctors. The only difference being this is a soft gel capsule with oil in it.

Which leads me into the use of these. Now I can see if you use them by opening them up and squeezing out the coconut oil from them. Even though it would be kind of stupid wasting time getting him out of the

small capsule. Especially if using a large amount. If you were just using a small amount on your face or hand I could see using this more often. Anything larger than that I would have to just purchase the actual oil tub.

I enjoy that these still have the natural tropical coconut scent. It doesn't smell artificial or overpowering it's a nice subtle scent. Which is wonderful because one using that I wouldn't want to smell heavily of coconut oil.
