I really enjoy these utensils because one they are simple to clean and nice to use. I really like they grab all the little bits of whatever I am making. If it is salad then all the bacon and carrots or really anything that is chopped small and diced it gets a hold of it. They do not just sit there and end up all in one bowl of salad. Plus, adding dressing and mixing it in everything gets covered and my hands stay clean. Also the tongs do not tear in to softer items like tortillas as long as you do not leave them sitting on a hot surface your can quickly get them out and on a plate.
