I know it looks kind of weird but this is a secret weapon to anyone who is a professional. Do not let the name fool you this whisk is perfect to use making pizza crust, pastry, bread and pasta dough. Made of food grade stainless steel it is not only sturdy but easy to clean especially easier then a traditional wire whisk that would normally be used.

This not only adds just the right about of separations when whisking but enough air in to the batters too. I was a bit fearful when I first got it because of the way it looks but once you try it

there is not much difference. Especially with the thicker batters that sometimes get caught up in the traditional wire whisk this works smoothly through them all. I cannot wait to make more with this Danish Dough Whisk. I think my might try some sweets this weekend with it.
